DISCUSSION:

Patchy fog is possible early Wednesday morning across northwest
Illinois.

There is a chance of thunderstorms late Wednesday night into
Thursday morning, mainly for areas south of Interstate 80. No
severe weather is expected but locally heavy rainfall will be
possible.

Southerly winds may gust as high as 50 mph Thursday morning,
mainly for areas southeast of Interstate 57. Westerly winds may
gust as high as 40 mph across the entire area Thursday afternoon.
