This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Elevated Flooding Risk.
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Showers will eventually come to an end late this afternoon or this
evening. Prior to that time, some of these showers will produce
torrential downpours, and this may result in ponding on roadways,
fields, and ditches wherever these showers persist over an
extended period of time.

A few embedded thunderstorms are also possible with these showers
into this afternoon, mainly to the south of Interstate 80. Severe
weather is not expected.

Dangerous swimming conditions will develop this afternoon and
evening along the southern shores of Lake Michigan.
