Illinois and northeast Illinois, including the following areas, in
north central Illinois, Boone and De Kalb. In northeast Illinois,
Central Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake IL, McHenry and Northern Cook.
The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch is being cancelled.
