This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Significant Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Elevated damaging wind risk...up to 60 mph.
Elevated Flooding Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A thunderstorm complex will continue to move out of Iowa. These
storms will pose a risk for scattered damaging wind gusts up to 60
mph, primarily for areas south and west of a Rockford to Aurora to
Morris to Streator line.

Storms will continue to train and move over the same area,
resulting in a continued threat for flash flooding tonight north
and east of a Rockford to Joliet to Valparaiso line.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk, mainly south of I-80.
Thursday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.

Spotters will be needed into the early overnight hours.
