This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Significant Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Tornado risk.
Limited hail risk...up to quarter size.
Elevated damaging wind risk...up to 75 mph.
Significant Flooding Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A complex of thunderstorms is expected to move out of Iowa and
Wisconsin this evening. These storms will pose a threat for
strong damaging wind gusts in excess of 70 mph, especially for
locales near and north of Interstate 88. A few brief tornadoes
will also be possible in addition to marginally severe hail.

Heavy rainfall is also possible as additional waves of showers and
thunderstorms develop late tonight and into Sunday morning. It
will not take much additional rainfall to cause renewed flash
flooding for areas that received significant rainfall amounts
Saturday morning. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for parts of
the area tonight and into Sunday morning.

Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk south of I-80.
Tuesday through Thursday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
