Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Significant Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Snow Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Light snow will come to an end early this morning south of the
Interstate 80 corridor. Lake effect snow showers may affect parts
of Porter county in northwest Indiana later this morning into
early afternoon, with some minor accumulations possible. Slippery
road conditions are possible in these areas.
Under clear skies, temperatures have again fallen below zero
early this morning across parts of far northern Illinois.
Dangerously cold wind chills of -20 to -30 are possible this
morning from the far west and northwest suburbs of Chicago, and
north of I-80 westward across northern Illinois.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.
Wednesday...
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Snow Risk.
Thursday...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Snow Risk.
Friday through Monday...
Elevated Excessive Cold Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Additional periods of fluffy snow will be possible at times
Wednesday through the weekend. Outside of these periods of
potential accumulating snow, expect bitterly cold to occasionally
dangerously cold wind chill values, especially Friday night
through the weekend.
