This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited damaging wind risk...up to 45 to 60 mph.
Limited hail risk...up to nickel to quarter size.
High Swim Risk late tonight.

DISCUSSION...

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible ahead of a cold front into
the early overnight, primarily from LaSalle County to far northeast
Illinois and points east and southeast. A stronger storm or two
is possible capable of producing winds and hail.

Dangerous swimming conditions will develop at southern Lake
Michigan beaches late tonight behind a cold front.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Wednesday.

Saturday...
High Swim Risk.
Sunday...
High Swim Risk.
Monday through Thursday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk at times.

DISCUSSION:

Brisk northerly winds will lead to hazardous conditions for Lake
Michigan small crafts and beachgoers on Saturday and early Sunday
across the northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana Lake Michigan
shores.

Spotter activation is unlikely to be needed this evening.
