Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Excessive Heat Risk west of I-39 this afternoon.

DISCUSSION...

Heat indices this afternoon will near 100 degrees primarily west
of I-39.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
Monday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
Thursday and Friday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Heat indices Sunday afternoon will climb to around 100 degrees.

There is a small chance for severe storms late Sunday and briefly
into the overnight hours early Monday for far northwestern
portions of the outlook area. Heavy rainfall may accompany
thunderstorms Sunday evening into Sunday night. After a quiet
midweek, the chance of storms returns by late week.
