This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Isolated thunderstorms are possible this morning through early
afternoon, primarily south of Interstate 80. Small hail and wind
gusts to 45 mph are possible with the strongest storms.

North winds will increase this morning across Lake Michigan, and
will develop waves in excess of 4 feet which will make for
hazardous swim conditions. High swim risk conditions will
continue tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Tuesday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Wednesday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Thursday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Friday and Saturday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.

DISCUSSION:

There will be periodic chances of thunderstorms from Tuesday into
Saturday, with some potential for severe weather and heavy
rainfall. Narrowing down the location and timing of higher severe
chances is difficult at this distance.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
