Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Isolated thunderstorms south of Pontiac to Rensselaer will end
late this afternoon. Gusty northerly winds and large waves will
result in hazardous swim conditions in Lake Michigan.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Tuesday and Wednesday...
Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Thursday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Friday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
Saturday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Elevated Excessive Heat Risk.

DISCUSSION:

There will be periodic chances of thunderstorms from Tuesday
through Saturday, with some potential for severe weather and
heavy rainfall. Narrowing down the location and timing of higher
severe chances is difficult at this distance.
