Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible this afternoon
and early evening with the greatest coverage expected between the
I-88 and I-80 corridors. Locally strong wind gusts will also be
possible.

Gusty northeast winds Thursday and Friday support building waves
and dangerous swimming conditions for Lake Michigan beaches.
