This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited hail risk...up to nickel size.
Limited damaging wind risk...up to 60 mph.
Limited Flooding Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Additional storms are expected to move through this evening. The
best support for severe weather would be in southern portions of
the outlook area. Damaging winds would be the primary concern but
heavy rainfall and localized flooding also are possible

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wednesday through Friday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Saturday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.
Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Elevated Excessive Heat Risk.
Monday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.

DISCUSSION:

There is a small chance of storms each day of the outlook period,
and more so toward early next week, but the bigger concern may
be the return of higher heat and humidity this weekend.

Spotters may be needed this evening, mainly south of I-80.
