of Interstate 80 this evening.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

DISCUSSION:
A second storm system will bring more rain to the region
Wednesday through Thursday. Depending on the exact track and
strength of this system significant rainfall amounts are possible,
which could result in some flooding of low lying areas and renewed
rises along rivers and streams. There is a chance that the rain
could change to heavy wet snow Wednesday night into Thursday
morning, and the some wet snow accumulation is possible.
This storm system is also likely to produce strong northerly winds
up to 50 mph over the area late Wednesday into Thursday. These strong
winds could also drive waves in excess of 12 feet into the Illinois
and Indiana shores resulting in an increase threat of lake shore
flooding.
.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
