THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THERE WILL BE A LINGERING SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS INTO
THIS AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY FOR LOCATIONS ALONG AND EAST OF THE
I-55 CORRIDOR. THE CHANCE FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS APPEARS LOW AT
THIS TIME.

RECENT HEAVY RAINFALL HAS BROUGHT RISES ON AREA STREAMS AND
RIVERS. LOCATIONS ALONG THE DU PAGE AND DES PLAINES RIVERS HAVE
SEEN NOTABLE RISES WITH THE DU PAGE RIVER AT BOLINGBROOK EXPECTED
TO RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE EARLY THIS MORNING.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

WATER LEVELS ALONG MANY AREA STREAMS AND RIVERS WILL REMAIN
ELEVATED FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.

THERE WILL BE PERIODIC CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS FOR THE NEXT
SEVERAL DAYS. THE MOST LIKELY PERIODS FOR STRONGER AND MORE
ORGANIZED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE SATURDAY NIGHT AND AGAIN MONDAY
NIGHT INTO TUESDAY.
