This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A chance for thunderstorms exists this morning, mainly east of
I-39 and west of the Chicago suburbs. Some of the showers and
thunderstorms can produce heavy precipitation.

Dangerous swimming conditions will persist through this morning
at southern Lake Michigan beaches.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thursday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Friday through Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Excessive Heat Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Isolated thunderstorms are possible at times Thursday afternoon
through Friday. Chances of thunderstorms will increase this
weekend.

Heat and humidity will begin to build towards the end of this
week. Heat indices near 100 degrees are possible this weekend.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Moving toward the southeast at 30 to 35 mph
