DISCUSSION:

Warmer and increasingly humid conditions are expected for
Independence Day into early next week, with afternoon heat index
values peaking in the mid to locally upper 90s each day.

Scattered thunderstorms are possible at times late Monday through
Wednesday, and again on Friday.
