Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Flooding Risk.
High Swim Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue into tonight.
Severe weather is not expected but heavy rain may cause localized
ponding of water and isolated flooding.

Northeast winds will increase tonight bringing building waves and
dangerous swimming conditions to the Illinois shoreline of Lake
Michigan after midnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
High Swim Risk.
Monday through Friday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Large waves will bring dangerous swimming conditions to Lake
Michigan beaches in northeast Illinois through late Sunday night.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
