DISCUSSION:
A winter storm will impact the area Monday afternoon through
the day Tuesday. Snow accumulations of 5 to 8 inches, locally
higher, are forecast for north of I-80. A wintry mix, including
freezing rain, is likely south of I-80. Gusty winds, combined
with a somewhat wetter nature snow, may result in sporadic power
outages.
Expected gusty northeast winds combined with elevated lake levels
will cause minor to moderate lakeshore flooding impacts late day
Monday through Tuesday morning.
