DISCUSSION:
A significant weather system is likely to impact the region
late Saturday afternoon through Sunday. Moderate to heavy snow,
and significant snow accumulations are possible across at least
portions of the area with this storm system.
Gusty east to northeast winds could result in a threat for minor
lakeshore flooding, mainly Saturday night and into Sunday across
the northeast Illinois shore.
