This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated Snow Risk.
Elevated Lakeshore Flood Risk for mainly the Illinois shore.
Limited Non thunderstorm Wind Risk near Lake Michigan.

DISCUSSION...

Moderate snow will continue at times through today, with northeast
Illinois the most favored for some travel impacts continuing
into the afternoon and potentially evening. Patchy blowing snow
will also be seen across the area today.

Northeast winds gusting to near 40 mph over Lake Michigan will
result in minor to moderate lake shore flooding for the northeast
Illinois shore through tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Friday and Saturday Night...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
