Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Snow Risk near Lake Michigan in northwest Indiana.

DISCUSSION...

Light lake effect snow showers will be possible over parts of
northwestern IN near the lake tonight. Minor accumulations are
possible.

Overnight wind chills will fall to 0 to 10 degrees below across
northwest and interior portions of northeast Illinois.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Monday.

Thursday and Friday...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Saturday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Elevated Snow Risk.
Sunday...
Limited Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Another potent storm system is likely to impact the region late
Saturday through Sunday. This system has the potential to produce
some notable snow accumulations across much of northern Illinois
and northwestern Indiana Saturday night into Sunday.
