DISCUSSION:
Breezy west winds with wind gusts approaching 30 mph are expected
Thursday.
Friday, wind chills in the single digits are possible mainly
northwest of I-55. Friday night into Saturday morning, low
temperatures near zero and wind chills below zero are possible,
mainly along and north of I-88.
