Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

DISCUSSION:

There is a potential for accumulating snowfall Sunday night
into Monday morning across the area.

Near record cold for mid-November is expected early next week.

In addition, strong northerly winds could result in more
lakeshore flooding concerns along the southern shores of Lake
Michigan late Sunday through Tuesday.
