This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Some light snow is expected to develop late tonight over far
northern Illinois, especially along and north of I-88. Some minor
accumulations up to around an inch are possible into Wednesday
morning.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wednesday Night through Thursday Night.
Elevated Coastal Flood Risk

DISCUSSION:

Strong northerly winds over Lake Michigan on Thursday will cause
high waves along the Illinois and Indiana shores of Lake Michigan.
These high waves combined with near record high water levels may
lead to lakeshore flooding and beach erosion.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
