THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.
.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.
FLOODING WILL BE SLOW TO RECEDE TODAY DUE TO RECENT HEAVY
RAINFALL. MOST AREA CREEKS AND RIVERS WILL HAVE HIGH WATER
LEVELS AND MAY BE NEAR OR ABOVE BANKFULL. IN ADDITION TO MANY
SMALLER CREEKS...PORTIONS OF THE DES PLAINES...DUPAGE...LOWER
FOX... KISHWAUKEE...ILLINOIS...IROQUOIS AND KANKAKEE RIVERS WILL
BE IN FLOOD.
THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT
SOUTH OF THE KANKAKEE AND ILLINOIS RIVER VALLEYS.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.
THERE WILL BE PERIODIC CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH MONDAY.
WATER LEVELS WILL REMAIN HIGH ON MANY AREA CREEKS AND RIVERS.
PORTIONS OF THE DES PLAINES...DUPAGE...KISHWAUKEE...KANKAKEE...
IROQUOIS...ILLINOIS AND LOWER FOX RIVERS WILL REMAIN IN FLOOD.
