Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Southeasterly winds will gust 30 to 40 mph into early evening. A
few isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms are possible
this evening into early tonight in association with a cold front.

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Tuesday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Wednesday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.

Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Elevated Fire Weather Risk.

DISCUSSION:

An active weather pattern will bring chances for thunderstorms,
particularly Tuesday afternoon and evening, and again late
Wednesday into Wednesday evening. There is an threat that the
storms late Wednesday afternoon and evening could be severe.

Strong and potentially damaging wind gusts in excess of 45 mph
are possible Wednesday night into Thursday.
