This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Snow Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Patchy slushy spots on less traveled and elevated surfaces will be
possible across parts of northern Illinois this morning.

Scattered snow showers are expected to develop early this
afternoon, and will persist through the evening and may result in
brief but sharp visibility reductions and strong wind gusts to 45
mph.

West to northwest winds not associated with showers will gust to
40 mph this afternoon and evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk in the evening and overnight.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Friday through Sunday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk at times.

DISCUSSION...

Gusty southerly winds are expected on Wednesday afternoon. There
is a chance for thunderstorms Wednesday evening and overnight,
with additional periodic thunderstorm chances on Friday, Saturday
night, and Sunday.
