This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

There is a slight chance of thunderstorms today into early this
evening. If thunderstorms do occur, they could produce heavy
rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Saturday...
Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Elevated Fire Weather Risk.
Sunday...
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

South winds could gust to around 40 mph Saturday afternoon, which
combined with fairly low humidities will result in a heightened
risk of wind driven grass fires.

Thunderstorms are possible Sunday into Sunday evening with a low
chance for isolated strong to severe thunderstorms. If any storms
were to become severe, locally damaging winds would be the primary
severe threat.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
