THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Thunderstorm Risk south early this morning.
Elevated Fog Risk this morning.

DISCUSSION:

Low pressure will lift northeast of the area this morning, and
will trail a cold front across the area. Rain, and a few isolated
embedded thunderstorms this morning will end from northwest to
southeast over much of the area through early afternoon, with a
few showers lingering into early evening far southeast. Areas of
fog are possible this morning, with localized visibility of less
than a mile possible especially where any lingering snow cover
remained overnight from this past weekends storm. Fog will
dissipate this morning in the wake of the cold front.

Portions of the Kankakee River will remain in flood.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Flooding is expected along portions of the Kankakee River.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
