THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Portions of the Kankakee River will remain in flood.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Friday...
Elevated Ice Accumulation Risk at night.
Limited Sleet and Snow Risk at night.
Saturday...
Limited Ice Accumulation Risk in the morning.

DISCUSSION:

On Friday night into early Saturday, a wintry mix is likely
across portions of the area, with freezing rain and sleet
possibly mixing with rain south and snow north. Minor ice and
sleet or snow accumulations are possible. This would primarily be
during the overnight hours Friday into early Saturday morning.

Portions of the Kankakee River will remain in flood.
