THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Elevated Fog Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A warm front will lift across the area tonight, with rain and
a few embedded thunderstorms developing late this afternoon and
persisting overnight. Moderate to locally heavy rainfall is
possible, with the highest rainfall amounts approaching 1.50
inches expected over the southern half of the outlook area.
A cold front will move slowly southeast across the area on
Tuesday, with rain diminishing from northwest to southeast
through the day. Fog will be possible tonight and early Tuesday
in areas that have lingering snow cover from this past weekend.

Portions of the Kankakee River will remain in flood.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Fog Risk.
