THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited Hail Risk...up to one inch in diameter.
Limited Thunderstorm Wind Damage Risk...up to 60 MPH.

DISCUSSION:

A cold front will settle southeast across the area through this
afternoon. Isolated late afternoon thunderstorms will be possible
along the front, mainly over east central Illinois and portions
of northwest Indiana south of U.S. highway 24. A few of these
storms could be severe with isolated large hail and damaging
winds.

In addition...minor flooding will continue along portions of
the Illinois River.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Friday night...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Saturday...
Elevated Flooding Risk.
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Tuesday and Wednesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

In addition...minor flooding will continue along portions of
the Illinois River.
