THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Scattered thunderstorms early this morning along and south of a
Rockford Illinois to Rensselaer Indiana line will come to an end
by 9 a.m. There is a small chance of thunderstorms redeveloping
south of U.S. Highway 24 this afternoon. At this time, the severe
weather threat is low.

In addition...minor flooding will continue along portions of the
Kankakee and Illinois rivers.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Wednesday...
Limited Flooding Risk.
Limited Severe Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Rain and some thunderstorms are expected at times Wednesday
afternoon and more so after dark Wednesday night. It appears that
south of Interstate 80 may see some stronger thunderstorms and a
heavy rain threat.

In addition...minor flooding will continue along portions of the
Kankakee and Illinois rivers.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
