Scattered thunderstorms are expected through this evening. The
strongest storms will be capable of producing torrential rain
and localized flooding. Localized gusty winds are also possible.
Northerly winds will lead to high waves and dangerous swimming
conditions at Lake Michigan beaches this afternoon and tonight.
