through early evening.
Hot and humid weather conditions are expected with afternoon
peak heat indices around 105 degrees.
Another strong thunderstorm complex is expected to approach the
area late tonight. While this thunderstorm complex may be in a
decaying mode as it arrives, there is some potential for damaging
wind gusts across northwest Illinois toward sunrise.
