The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of north central and
northeast Illinois, including the following counties/areas: Boone,
De Kalb, La Salle, Lee, Ogle, Winnebago, Central Cook, DuPage,
Eastern Will, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake (IL), McHenry, Northern
Cook, Northern Will, Southern Cook, and Southern Will.
While lingering areas of flooding may remain, additional flooding is
not likely to occur in the watch area. Please continue to heed
remaining road closures.
