DISCUSSION...
Late tonight in the few hours prior to daybreak, a broken line of
showers and perhaps a couple of thunderstorms will move into the
far northwestern CWA (Boone, Ogle, and Winnebago Counties) and
progress southeastward across Chicagoland through the morning.

DISCUSSION:
There exists the potential for a couple of stronger thunderstorms
Friday morning and early afternoon, primarily south of I-80.
While the chance for severe storms is low, it is non-zero. Primary
concerns with these storms are heavy rainfall and locally gusty
winds.
