* WHAT...Strong west winds with blowing and drifting snow in open
areas expected. Localized white out conditions are possible.
West winds will gust as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Illinois.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and sharply reduced
visibility. The worst visibility will be along roads oriented
from north to south.
