Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Snow Risk for far Northwest Indiana.

DISCUSSION:

Colder air will spread over the region Wednesday and persist
through early Friday. The lowest wind chills of 10 below to near
20 below zero are expected Wednesday Night into Thursday morning,
with the coldest readings west of the Chicago metro.

Lake effect snow is likely for far northwest Indiana, namely
Porter County and points east, during Wednesday night and
Thursday. Accumulating snow of at least a few inches is possible.
