Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Limited Blowing Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Lowest wind chills this evening will range from 0 to 10 below zero.

Breezy winds developing later this evening and continuing overnight
could cause some patchy blowing snow in portions of northern
Illinois and far northwest Indiana, especially in open and rural
areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thursday Night and Friday...
Elevated Lake Effect Snow Risk.
Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Saturday...
Limited Excessive Cold Risk.
Tuesday Night...
Limited Snow Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Lake effect snow, potentially heavy at times, will develop late
Thursday evening and continue into Friday morning for portions of
far northwest Indiana and possibly into extreme eastern Illinois,
including parts of Chicago, especially south of downtown.
