DISCUSSION:

Rain will change to snow Tuesday evening, snow will continue
overnight Tuesday into Wednesday morning, likely falling heavily
at times. Snow will taper to light snow or flurries Wednesday
afternoon before it picks up in intensity again Wednesday night
into Thursday morning, especially south of the Kankakee River
Valley where additional significant accumulations are possible.
