This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Significant Fire Weather Risk, especially northwest of a line
from Mendota to Waukegan.

DISCUSSION...

The combination of low relative humidity, breezy south to
southwest winds, mild temperatures, and dried-out grasses and
shrubs will lead to an elevated threat for brushfires this
afternoon. While all areas will have a brush fire danger today,
the highest threat will be northwest of a line from Mendota to
Waukegan where winds will be strongest.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Tuesday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Wednesday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

Showers and thunderstorms are expected Tuesday as a low pressure
system passes through the western Great Lakes.
