downstream to Red Gate Road in St. Charles.

* At 430 PM Wednesday the stage was 9.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this evening and continue to
rise to near 10.8 feet by Monday morning.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet...Filip Street and Fox River Drive threatened
in Algonquin.
