This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated Fog Risk early this morning.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk late tonight.

DISCUSSION...

Fog is shifting into far northwest Illinois and may get into
north central IL including the Rockford area toward daybreak.
If the fog develops it could be locally dense, but would be short
lived.

A stronger system will spread into the region late tonight.
An isolated thunderstorm or two may be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Tuesday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A potent storm system will bring a period of rain and possibly a
few thunderstorms to the region Monday. In addition, a period of
strong and gusty winds is expected Monday and especially into
Tuesday afternoon. Wind gusts of 35 to 40 mph will be possible.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
