* Until 500 PM CDT
* At 203 PM CDT, emergency management officials reported ongoing
flooding in numerous locations as a result of heavy rainfall
earlier today. Localized flash flooding may still be occurring
but generally the concerns have shifted to standing water.
Conditions should gradually improve through the afternoon.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
