The Flood Warning continues for
The Fox River at Algonquin Tailwater.
* until further notice.
* At 930 AM Thursday the stage was 12.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
* Recent activity...Flood forecasts for Algonquin were moved to this
location on July 5 2011. Gage zero datum is different from the old
gage location. Flood and action stages have changed.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to a stage of 11.6 feet
by Friday morning.
