Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Limited Thunderstorm Risk South of I-80.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered showers with a few embedded thunderstorms are expected
to develop across parts of the area this afternoon and evening.
The highest coverage of showers and storms will be south of I-80.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Level 1 of 5 Severe Thunderstorm Risk.
Monday...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

A cold front will bring another chance for showers and
thunderstorms Sunday afternoon through the evening. A few storms
Sunday afternoon may be strong to severe with damaging winds as
the main threat.

Additional shower and thunderstorm chances are expected for Monday
and towards the end of the week.
