DISCUSSION:
Southerly winds will gust up to around 35 to 40 mph on Friday
afternoon and evening ahead of a cold front, though higher
gusts can't be ruled out (especially south of I-80). Then, late
Friday night into Saturday morning, westerly winds will likely
gust up to around 40 to 45 mph behind the front.
