Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...

Significant Fog Risk this morning.

DISCUSSION...

Areas of dense fog will persist into mid morning across far
northern and north central Illinois. Varying and low visibility,
along with patchy slick road conditions, can be expected with
this fog.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Tuesday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
Limited Thunderstorm Risk at night.
Wednesday...
Limited Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.

DISCUSSION:

A strong weather system will pass over the region Tuesday into
Wednesday, bringing with it southerly wind gusts up to 35 to 40
mph Tuesday, and westerly gusts to 40 mph late Tuesday night
and Wednesday behind the cold front. There is a threat for
isolated thunderstorms ahead of the cold front Tuesday evening
into the early overnight.
