This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of North Central
Illinois...Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.

Weather hazards expected...
Limited Thunderstorm Risk...with an associated:
Limited hail risk...up to quarter size
Limited damaging wind risk...up to 60 mph.
Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
DISCUSSION...
Following a lengthy break from the rain this afternoon and early
evening, showers and thunderstorms will return to the area late
this evening, beginning in far north-central Illinois and
progressing eastward over Chicagoland overnight. Areas near and
west of I-39 will see the greatest potential for thunderstorms,
including strong storms which could possibly feature damaging
winds and hail.
South winds will become breezy overnight and especially toward
daybreak Saturday.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Elevated Non Thunderstorm Wind Risk.
DISCUSSION:
Strong, potentially damaging winds are expected through the day on
Saturday. Regular gusts of 45 to 55 mph are expected. These winds
will be capable of downing sizable tree limbs and displacing
outdoor decorations and furniture and could result in scattered
power outages.

Spotter activation will not be necessary through tonight.
